Persons submitting comments in response to the pre-application consultation are advised that comments submitted to the project team via the form below or the email info@kedrumbess.co.uk are not representations to the Scottish Ministers. There will be an opportunity to make representations on any future application to the Scottish Ministers once the application has been submitted. We expect to submit the application to the Scottish Minister’s Energy Consents Unit (ECU) between late 2026 and early 2027.
Please note that all questions in this form are optional. You are welcome to provide as much or as little information as you feel comfortable sharing, and you do not need to answer every question.
Data Protection Notice: Any personal information provided will be processed by RE Projects Development Limited for the purposes of consultation on the proposed Kedrum BESS project and, where requested, to provide project updates. Consultation responses may be summarised in reports submitted with a future planning application, but personal contact details will not be published. Information will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 and retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes of the project.
